Description

Mawlamyaing Traditional Mohinga Paste 360g is an authentic Myanmar fish-based soup concentrate specially prepared for making traditional Mohinga. Made with catfish, rohu fish, onion, banana stem, fish sauce, garlic, rice flour, lemongrass, sunflower oil, ginger, jaggery, turmeric and black pepper, it delivers a rich and traditional Burmese flavour.

To prepare, dilute the Mohinga paste with the same amount of water. For a thinner soup, add approximately twice the amount of water. Add sliced onions and boil for around 3 minutes. Serve hot with rice noodles, boiled egg, coriander, chilli flakes and crispy fritters.
